Before Session

Don't shave for at least 3 days on the area you want treated, I will need a minimum length of about 1/8th of an inch of hair (about 3 or 4 millimeters)

Avoid tanning beds and sun or UV exposure on the area you want treated for at least 48 hours before treatment

Avoid putting product on the area you want treated including makeup.

Avoid any products with Acids in them for at least 4 days. Including but not limited to glycolic acid, salicylic acid, AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid), BHA (Beta Hyrdoxy Acid), Mandelic Acid, etc...

Must not have used any products containing Retinol, Retin A, Differin, Glycolic Acid, or AHA for at least 4 days.

Hydrate - Make sure to consistently drink plenty of water for at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. The treatment is much more effective and less painful if you are properly hydrated.

Avoid caffeine or any stimulants at least 3 hours before treatment
Aftercare

Do not touch or scratch the treated area.

Avoid any friction

During the first 48 hours after the treatment, apply a soothing product on the treated area.

Avoid greasy and or perfumed or alcohol-based products.

Apply a cold water compress if necessary.

Avoid hot baths and heat of any kind.

Avoid UV exposure 48 hours before and 72 hours after a treatment.

Keep any treated areas very clean.

Avoid using makeup for 24 hours after, if necessary, mineral based makeup can sometimes be more gentle on the skin.

Avoid antiperspirants on the treated area for 24 hours after a treatment.

For bikini area only wear loose, breathable, cotton fabrics for the next 48 hours.

Avoid exercise and strenuous activity.

Avoid tanning beds and Uv lights for at least 24 hours

Must not use any products containing Retin A, Differin, Glycolic Acid, or AHA for at least 48 hours after treatment on or near treated areas.
